Diamond IT Services, Inc. acquires Trinsic Solutions and changes its name to Trinsic Technologies, Inc. |
Acquisition Strengthens Customer Base and Reflects new Direction in IT Services for Small to Medium Size Companies
Austin, TX - April 14, 2009 - Diamond IT Services, a leading provider of IT managed services, announced today it has acquired Trinsic Solutions, an Austin-based IT support company that has been providing desktop support, network monitoring, security management, and data backup solutions to small businesses throughout the Austin area since 2003.
In the process of the acquisition, Diamond IT has also taken on the name Trinsic and has formalized its company name as Trinsic Technologies, Inc. This acquisition accelerates Trinsic Technologies' growth plans and positions it as one of the leading managed IT service providers throughout Central Texas.
